"Amish Snowball Fight" -Todd Reed
This is as close as I have ever come to making a photograph that reminds me of a Norman Rockwell painting. I took it in Riverton Township south of Ludington during a snowstorm several years ago. The snow keeps the faces unidentifiable and the facial expressions invisible. But there is no mistaking the body language that reveals personality and the various feelings about engaging, not engaging or retreating from the schoolyard snowball fight.

"Migration" -Brad Reed
After cresting the first massive sand dune near the end of the Ridge Trail in the Ludington State Park, my dad and I were blown away by the number of canvasback ducks that were congregated together on Hamlin Lake below us. As we stood catching our breath, a pair of large geese flew overhead and startled some of the ducks. With a thunderous roar, several hundred ducks took to the air at once. The partially frozen lake and the fog helped amplify the sound and also created a gorgeous backdrop for this photograph.
